Welcome! We're glad you're here. In these terms and conditions, you'll find all the rules that apply when you work with me – Ivy Janssen. Whether you're following a program, purchasing audio, or registering for a live event, I believe it's important that everything is clear,
for both you and me.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, programs,
products, workshops, (digital) programs, mentoring programs, and other forms of
collaboration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Terms and Conditions

All offers are completely non-binding and valid while supplies last or within the specified period. An agreement is only concluded when you explicitly agree (for example, via email or payment) and I confirm your participation.
For programs, you will receive a confirmation with practical information, any payment arrangements, an intake interview, and the start date. I only work with people who consciously
choose transformation – so your "yes" counts as your intention to commit.

Keeping energy exchange in balance: important!

• Payments are made via invoice, iDeal link or online payment system.
• Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
• With installment payments, the customer remains obliged to pay the full amount.
• If payment is not received, you will first receive a friendly reminder. After that,
  statutory interest and/or collection costs may be charged.
  We would, of course, prefer not to go to that point.

For courses/coaching:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days after registration (statutory cooling-off period).
• In case of cancellation after the start of the course, no refund is possible, unless there is force majeure and a suitable arrangement is made in consultation.
• Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, the right to make up the session expires.

For events, workshops and retreats:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days in advance.
• Within 30 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Within 7 days: no refund, unless your spot can be transferred to another participant.

These products are non-refundable. After purchase, you'll have immediate access to
valuable content. There's no "return" button. Just love, energy, and knowledge.

The magic of my work lies in collaboration. As a participant, you always remain responsible for your own processes, choices, and results. I guide, reflect, and activate, but you remain in control.
My services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have any doubts, consult a doctor or therapist. I work holistically and systemically, but within my professional framework.

I perform my work with the utmost care, but I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of my services or products.
My liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or product.

Sometimes things happen that we cannot foresee (illness, natural disaster, pandemic, death, etc.). In such cases, we will work together to find a suitable solution. I reserve the right to temporarily suspend or modify my services in such situations.

my property. You may use it for your own use, but you may not copy,
resell, or distribute it without written permission.

Are you having trouble with something? Let me know. I'd love to hear how we can improve things. If you can't reach an agreement with me, we'll first attempt at mediation. Dutch law applies to our agreement.
The competent court is the court in my place of business.
