Questions about Offline mentorship
Offline mentorship is a relationship where one person (the mentor) uses their experience to guide another (the mentee) in achieving their goals, providing support and practical advice.
This varies by program but is often manageable, with some programs suggesting a few hours a week or just a couple of meetings per month, depending on the agreement between mentor and mentee.
To be a guide, listen without judgment, share experiences, and provide practical advice, but not to solve problems for the mentee.
To initiate conversations, come prepared, and actively work toward their goals.
